Review content:
Harless and Associates is terrible. When we asked how much our tax preparation fee would be, we were told we would be charged ""by the form."" They ended up charging three times what we have been charged in the past for our tax preparation ($900 for a straight forward filing) and filled out several forms that were not necessary. In addition, they made signficant errors on our return, which resulted in an IRS audit. In the end, we had to pay $600 more for our taxes. Even though the increase was due to an error by Steve's office, they refused to pay the interest charged by the IRS, even though they said that they would pay any interest and penalties due to errors commited by their office. Cons: Overly priced, significant errors, rude
