October, 2007 --They ruined my daughter's wedding reception, embarassed the guests, were rude and the wedding supervisor never showed up. No seating as we had contracted for, no table for bride and groom, and no bridal party table. They took the remaining wedding cake and kept it and then lied about it. No white gloved waiters, no candles on mirrors on all the tables, etc, etc etc. Need more space to tell all. The GM refused to listen to anything the next day. Seemed unable to focus on anything and unable to say I'm sorry. Did not care. OH__wedding specialist they promised would be there never showed up. The one we had originally contracted with had quit and no one contacted us. We found out 3 days before the event nad had to redo everything only to have nothing done on the day of the wedding.
