My Husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding. We were told we would have something special waiting for us in our room when we got there and then breakfast the next morning. When we got there the woman at the desk decided she wanted to put us in a better room than we were booked for and said she saw we had items waiting for us in our room....which I thought meant she would have them moved. Well we get to our room and we are now over looking the roof! Oh but our upgrade was the uncomfortable couch/sofabed and our strawberries and champagne were no where to be found in our room. We were both too exhausted to really care or say anything. Then that morning we get downstairs around 9:00 to get our breakfast which was included in the price we paid for the room. Breakfast was already closed down because they had a mothers luncheon but no one let us know this the night before! I complained to the front desk and she said she would have the kitchen call our room and we could order room service. We waited 15 min and still no call. I called the front desk and she said she would have someone call. 15 min later still no one called. I called the front desk again and she decided to take our order and take it to the kitchen and she said we would not be billed for the breakfast. By the time our breakfast finally got to our room, we had to stuff our faces because our limo was going to be there in 15 min. This was the worst morning after your wedding you could imagine. Then about a month later my husband looks at our credit card and they charged us for the breakfast! Don't stay at this hotel for a special occasion what ever you do....they will only ruin it!
