I ate there on a weekday at lunchtime. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dim Sum menu is extensive. We enjoyed most everything, but it seemed to be missing "something". I think we are spoiled by having eaten at Hong Kong City so often. I feel they have a more authentic Chinese menu, and the Dim Sum is outstanding. \r
Having said that, the Mustard greens were fantastic, and the SIlver noodles were also a favorite at Toa Toa.
