Review content:
We've been going to Toa Toa for 8+ years, and this is the first time we have ever been so insulted by a waitress. To start off she seated two parties that came after us before us, her attitude became miserable and always had a frown on her face as she served us dim sum. To top it off she kicked my $400 handbag on the back of the chair. As we were leaving another waitress asked why did we leave a tip lesson 15% when she was told the reason why she kept on asking who was the girl.
