Paid attorney promptly in full, I provided nearly every document & paperwork for divorce and a year later after calling his office, with no call back for weeks, I then requested his removal. Which prompted the only response from him in months!! Quickly, in less than a month he filed some paperwork telling me the X would pay court costs, but judge denied his request, so he billed me for the money!! AND put a lien on my home, for those few weeks almost another $3000! In all I paid more than $7000 and I had to endure mos of suffering and anguish from his actions, until I could get enough money together to file with court documents that attorney didn?t and finish my divorce on my own.
He dropped the ball big time as an attorney, what a great disappointment, took advantage of a single mom with kids trying to get out of a bad situation, would never recommend him to a friend.
