I have been ordering cakes for years from Heavenly Cheesecakes. Recently I ordered a birthday cake and upon arriving at the business to pick it up the lone male employee advised me that he had no order and that I was out of luck. He was rude and could care a less about the predicament that this placed me in. We were celebrating a birthday this same day and had people arriving at our home. We placed this order well in advance.
The business offered no alternative or solution to our plight and was nasty in their attitude. We asked for the owner's phone number and was refused. Since this happened I emailed the owner and she didn't even have the decency to respond. I recommend that people not order from this establishment. Their customer service is awful.
