Heron Bay has new construction available in February 2011. There will be 3 new neighborhoods with prices ranging from $375k to $700k for the larger homes. If you are looking for floor plans and pictures of the new homes please contact Ed Poirier. As a Heron Bay resident myself I can tell you this community is awesome & the amenities are unbeatable.
