I joined for a 1 yr membership in nov 08. after 3 months, the restrooms were stinking, urinals had no water to flush, there is a sign that tells there is no hot water in the shower.
i asked the manager to cancel the membership, and instead of finding out what the reasons were, he started yelling at me and asked to contact a lawyer.
never did they take time to understand what your problems are and were really harsh to you
