Review content:
What started as a tiny rock chip in my windshield transformed into a 12-inch crack overnight that snaked across my field of vision. Greatly alarmed, I called Executive Auto Glass upon a friend's recommendation. They had a snazzy website, a 1-800 customer service number, and a professional customer service rep who informed me that their work was guaranteed and that they'd be happy to negotiate with my car insurance company to see if the repair was covered under my policy. They even volunteered to send a repairman to my home to fix my windshield on the spot. The price? $300. I didn't have $300, and the deductible on my car insurance is $500, so that didn't help either. After some Internet research I found so many glass companies that are willing to come to my home but for a higher cost. After doing my homework(I though I was out of school) but it was worth doing some digging. I called Executive Auto Glass back and got them to come out. The professionalism of the CSR and the website sold me. $300 out the window just like that but it was worth it. My windshield looks great. They gave me a warranty on all the work they did to my car. Thank you Executive Auto Glass I will refer you my friends.
