I am sending this email to let you know that as of April 30th, I am no longer a customer of your company. Your dishonest business practices have lost you a customer and earned my enmity. Mr. Tully, you know full well that you offered me a free month because I know that you have the records. I was shown your records which indicate that a free month was promised to me. Mr. Pesante, you knew as well that I was offered a free month as well, and the fact that you outright lied to will come back to haunt you. I will be going to the Self-Storage Association, and I have already lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You manage to stay in business because of the steady stream of anxious and desperate individuals trying to safeguard their belongings. However I believe your days as a company or at least your (Tully and Pesante) days of employment will be numbered. Your facility on Walton Avenue is a dump and I have the pictures to prove it. They will be posted all over the internet as a warning against anyone doing business with your company. Given the fact that there are several storage facilities in the immediate area, makes your behavior and dishonest tactics even more outrageous. Quite frankly, there are way too many others facilities that are quite willing to take my money month after month, and the fact that you pulled this mess makes me think you do not value your customers or your reputation. This correspondence will also be posted on the internet. Don't think that you will be trying to sue me for defamation because if what I say about you is the TRUTH, there is no defamation ( I am a certified paralegal by the way).
