Businiess name:  Boot Camp 4a Cause

Review content:
I had no intention of joining a boot camp- ever. I had a baby 5 months ago and the last thing I needed is one more person screaming at me at 6 am . But then, as usually things like this happen, a friend told me about it and guilt-ed me into going with her. She was also excited because the funds were going to be donated to Kate?s Club- a non profit in Atlanta. I?m happy I did. This is awesome! First of all, it costs ? of any other boot camp out there. I like that. Second, the large group of trainers at Piedmont Park every morning at 5:45 am have worked for other boot camps and decided to keep on doing it , but to do it for free. Basically they donate all their cash ! Crazy, but true. Third, The group is composed of about 25 folks, some in awesome shape and some just getting in the swing of things again. The exercise is tough for all equal because they make us use our own bodies to exercise. Run as fast as you can . not as fast as the guy in front of you. Don?t try to catch the trainer because you won?t. Lee is fast. Love the long warm up. At 6 :00 am in winter, I need that. The warm up is upbeat enough that you feel you are working out and not losing precious minutes of sleep on something that you won?t see when you slip into that pair of awesome jeans. They always end the day with something intense to give you that great sense of accomplishment. I have seen the trainers do a lot of one- on- one work, which I was pleasantly surprised to see. No one screams at you. They cheer you on. They laugh out loud . It?s awesome.
