Review content:
Sadly we have not had a good experience with Le Petit.
We bought a sick puppy from Le Petit, And spend several hundred dollars trying to figure out what is wrong with our little guy. We contact the pet store that told us to send our vet paperwork, which we did. No one called us back, After we followed up again, they said to send the invoices for the doctors visits, Which we did... once again no response. My husband then called and the owner said that we need to get a specific diagnosis so he can try to get money from the breeder. My vet doesn't have a clue why my puppy is still sick, or what the diagnosis is,(We have done food trails, IVs, xrays) We also had to go to a specialist because of the severe skin infections, when we first got him.
Our puppy is now taking meds every evening to keep from voimiting and has to be on RX wetfood, so he can disgest it. I know it is a risk to get a dog, but what I don't agree with is the lack of giving a damn by the owner of this business. Always stalling with a new request instead of making things right with the customer. Our puppy will require RX food every night and meds everyday for the rest of his life. He is very caring and thoughtful on the phone, and says he always want to ensure a happy customer, but is seems to be lip service. Since it has been months, and no movement has been made to right this situation.
