Mr. Vanderlouw, from EnviroPro Pest, came out, assessed our problem, and explained everything. He was very informative and very kind. He did a great job. He made sure that we knew that if there were any problems or questions we could certainly call him.
He is so excited about what he is doing and about wanting to help people with their problems. It was an excellent experience. We have had no issues since then; he got rid of our problem. We had 3 other companies try to come and deal with these specific ants, but he was the only one who could do it.
We felt that he is a very trustworthy, honest individual that will do the best service for anyone without overcharging. He has the client's best interest at heart.
