This place looks nice from the outside, but they do NOT maintain their townhomes and they are disgusting inside, do not make the same mistake we did, save yourself the trouble and heartache of living here, when we did our move in walk through, the carpet was still wet, spaghetti sauce on the baseboards, cobwebs everywhere, dog screaching next door, window didn't latch, carpet was FILTHY, with previous tenants stains that didnt come out, very worn out, holes in the ceiling, bathroom is extremely small, hallways are tight, patio is tiny, do not be fooled by the outside on their website and/or the model, their units are gross....small pool, and they dont clean it, or maintain it, faeces were floating around in it last week...be careful before renting here, our review is the most recent, it seems they have gone downhill and with the economy I'm assuming they do not want to spend ANY money on these units but keep renting them out for top dollar, not worth the hassle...we moved across the street to enclave, the staff is much nicer and competent and the unit is cheaper and beautiful, built 2007.
Pros: Look good on the oustide, nothing else.
