I had been warned through friends and magazine articles that the bridal business WILL rip you off and not think twice because they will never see you again. Being a bride isn't something you do twice usually so they aren't a business that counts on customer loyalty or return business. Now there are good shops out there (Jay West Bridal in Cherry Hill) but Couture Bridal is NOT one of them. I had a bad feeling about this shop but they were the ONLY boutique in the entire region of PA,NJ,MD, and NY that could get the dress in that I wanted to try on. She was kind on the phone and told me should could get the dress in by the weekend and when my mom and I got there she had the dress in the shop AND ON ANOTHER GIRL! (what is worse than seeing your DREAM dress on another bride?!) With out a hello she told me to walk around and find some dresses I wanted to try on and that she would be with me in a minute. Finally we started trying on dresses (me and this other girl with my dress) and she ran back and forth between the two of us. When I finally got the dress that I had come there for on she didn't even pin it or zip it up my mom had to zip it and I had to hold the halter straps and the dress up so I couldn't really see it. She paid no attention to me and didn't help me to see what i would really look like in the dress because she was to busy with the other girl who had decided to buy the dress that I had specially brought into the shop. People are dollar signs to this woman and nothing else and here is the kicker! We asked the price of the dress and she told me in was a 3,200 dollar dress but since me and this other girl loved the dress so much she would take $500 off if we paid in full today!l I had done my homework and through my search for this particular dress I found out that it was a $1,600 dress! She quoted us a price of DOUBLE what this dress was worth! B.Couture is an unpleasant place with no customer service and they are scamming brides for thousands of $$!
