Review content:
I contacted Astro Jump on the Tuesday before my event that was to occur on Sunday. They told me that they needed additional contact information to acquire the necessary property damage insurance. This was provided the same day.
The contact information was for my father-in-law, as he represents the homeowners' association. He was not contacted until Friday. He provided the information, however, due to Astro Jump's procrastination, the insurance was not properly filled out as their broker (on the East Coast) had closed.
The responsible thing to do would have been to immediately contact me and let me know the situation so I could arrange alternate entertainment for my daughter's party. Instead, I wasn't contacted until 6PM on the night before the event! The owner accused me of failing to provide the correct contact info. He apparently did not know I was related to the contact!
Bottom line, RUN! Based on my interactions with the owner, I wouldn't trust this guy with my child's safety.
