I went to jersey gardens mall to get my glasses CLEANED, not fixed or adjusted, at cohen's (where I bought my glasses in the first place) and the associate broke my glasses?!? The manager said they could crazy glue them back together for me or that I should just buy a whole new pair?which i didn't even need! It wasn't until I put my friend on the phone she offered 50% off?but the point is, she BROKE THEM and i don't think i should have to pay for something that was not my fault. I proceeded to call the corporate office to explain the situation and they were shockingly rude and unhelpful. The lady who picked up the phone claimed she was the manager and that each store is independently owned and there was nothing the company could do. I was very upset and offended because I really think they took advantage of me. In summary, DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM COHEN'S FASHION OPTICAL!!
