Review content:
Have used them twice. Initial scheduling was a problem (they said a new scheduling system crashed).
Still, the first cleaning team was great.
Then, Groupon said they were refunding customers due to customer complaints about reaching the company. Since I'd used one of two services I'd purchased, I did not ask for a refund.
I really wish I had.
The second cleaning team damaged my floor in a recently remodeled bathroom. It's been nearly 3 months and I wonder if I'm being duped. It has taken *dozens* of calls on my part to get one visit (finally) from the owner who said she'd have her husband come take a look. She sounded sincere when she said they'd ""make it right"" just like the message sounds sincere when she says ""every call is important... and *will* be returned.""
More calls. Then the co-owner came, and seemed honest. I agreed that we could wait until after Christmas holidays. As you can guess, I've waited and made more calls and waited and had no reply (again). It will soon be 3 months since I reported the damage.
I am reasonable and understand the troubles of starting a business, yet this is an unacceptable way to treat customers and does not bode well for the success of this company.
