Phil McClellan has scammed yet another person. Check out his reviews at the Department of Consumer Protection. There are so many complaints that mine will be a drop in the bucket when I send it in. His license number is 053-1114. It should be revoked. His new address is 48 Riverbend Rd, Mystic. He does not show up when he says he will. The job will not be completed on time, if he completes it. It will not be done correctly. He is a scammer and a gangster. Steer Clear.
