Review content:
Went to Portland City Grill with a group of friends last week. The view was fantastic, happy hour menu was okay but it was way too crowded. The bartenders were GREAT but unfortunately the Waitress that we had was bad... But then we didn't let this ruin our evening. Everything was okay until the bill came.... I paid with my debit card and put $40 cash for gratuity in the sleeve of the folder. She must not have seen that because she RUDELY said to me ""Did you know that Gratuity was not included in the bill?""... I rudely said back to her ""I KNOW"", that's why I put $40 in the sleeve of the folder... She then just walked away without even apologizing. Pros: GREAT View, Bartenders, Strong Long Island's Cons: , That One Waitress
