If you want to get a good seat for Sunday Happy Hour, get there early! I've been to the Portland City Grill several times over the past few months for their Sunday Happy Hour. My boyfriend and I have gone, just the two of us - we were invited to share a booth w/ another couple. We went w/ groups of friends 4 - 6 in our group. It is difficult to get seating with a group if you do not get there right when they open. We have found ourselves walking around the bar several times looking for a seat. Once have found seats, the service has been good and the food on the Happy Hour menu a good value for tasty, inexpensive appetizers.
Pros: Inexpensive, Free Parking Sunday, Tasty Appetizers
