I used to frequent the PCG but in December I was meeting friends from out of town and had the worst experience. The bar was full so a bouncer stopped anyone from entering it and made us form a line outside. My friends were sitting a table inside waiting for me and the bouncer wouldn't let me in even to tell them that I had arrived. A woman next to me was there for her birthday and her friends were inside with the cake. There were about 10 people in line before her so even if a friend left to get her in, she didn't have first priority. I understand fire codes and needing to follow them but their system was ridiculous. They have now lost 4 customers, many of which conduct business dinners so the potential lost income is substantial.
