Review content:
Portland City Grill is known for its famous ""happy hour"". They have people from the downtown checking in after work and eating at the bar area. It can get busy with all the people checking each other out and all that goes on with that kind of crowd. I do enjoy this restuarante and the singles scene. I'll probably go back with a couple of friends again like we did last week! This place can really have a nice mix of people.
