I have been going to East Hartford Tire for years and recommend it to my friends and family. They have the cheapest prices for services. The owner does not try to pressure you into buying things you do not need, but will give you good advice when asked. There prices are half of what there local competitors Town Fair and Tire City are. I recently bought some General Altimax tires and they charged me less than Tire Rack was asking and that included mounting and balancing.
