I mailed a overnight package over 3 months ago from MAILBOXES N MORE & never did get to it's destination. I gave the owner all the information to file a claim but never received a courtesy call back. I have called from time to time to follow up on this claim. The owner comes across with an attitude as if I'm being bothersome, he says I'll call you when I have information but never seems to follow through. After calling the delivery company directly it turns out he never made a claim to begin with. I guess he was just buying time. Maybe he thought I'd forget about it... To top it all off a friend of mine has attempted to use MAILBOXES N MORE for a simular package delivery, it didn't reach it's destination either. Go figure... Something funny is going on here !!
