Review content:
Lundwick & Brown replaced the no-longer usable 100 year old fir floors in the downstairs of our house. The quality of their work is excellent. The two people who did most of the work (Brian and Gary) each have over two decades experience. They took great care in laying the wood, and they were meticulous in finishing it. They really care about the quality of the job, including providing their own brochure at the end that discusses (in great length!) how to care for the floor. Although the price was quite reasonable, you can probably get it done more cheaply - but if it is a floor you will live with for many years and want to feel good about the quality of the job, they are very highly recommended.
Pros: Excellent work, great attention to detail
Cons: Probably not the cheapest
