We had complained to the server that the fish wasnt good.
This was purely to let the chef know so he could correct the problem.
My wife and I went for the special Valentine's Day menu. She chose the Mahi Mahi as her main course; I chose the Fillet Mignon. Our complaint was that the fish tasted... well... like a dirty grill. There was no fish flavor at all, and though the texture was nice, the flavor was terrible. Additionally, my wife's fish had a large bone in it, my fillet was delivered rare when I asked for medium, and there was a chunk of gristle in it.
I wasn't upset really, until the manager came to talk to us about our complaint.
Her attitude toward us was extremely condescending and culminated in an insincere apology.
It would have been better if she never spoke to us at all.
