I've never seen anything like it in any of the NYC bars. The outdoor garden is akin to small Central European city park. You got to come with a group and occupy one of the picnic tables. If you come with a small group, I am sure you can strike up a conversation in a beer line or the food line. Their kielbasa is to die for. :-)
