ECC is a remarkable church with faithful, Godfearing Brothers and Sisters in Christ. It is commonly said of many of our congregation that we are as close or closer to our church family as our natural family, sharing a burning desire to do ministry and learn more of God. Emmanuel is joyful to strive for sound doctrine which is getting harder to find in this day and age. Our Senior Pastor is Dr. Frederick L. Holmes, a Word-teaching instructor who takes his role of watchcare over of the body of Christ soberly, but with a balance of kindness, humor and compassion I have experienced nowhere else. Among men, only my pastor garners as much respect as I have for my father and father-in-law. Emmanuel Community Church offer's Food Outreach when possible, a Singles-ministry, Boys for Unity in the Community boy's club (B4UC), Young Ladies of our Community girls club (Y-LOOC), a grade 4-12 Tutoring - Saturday Program Arithmetic and Reading for Kids (S.P.A.R.K.). Our church motto is Christ Centered, Bible Based, and Family Focused and through the years, this remains true. So, Worship God...if your are inspired...worship with us and hear truth for your life.
