Review content:
Oct. 16th 2009 I traveled to Great Falls for doctor appointments. For the last year my family and myself have stayed at this motel with no problems. I thought this place was a nice location because it is close to my doctors. I travel 120 miles once a month to see doctors since I have been diagniosed with Reflex Symethethic Dstrophy. My family and myself went to check in for our room due to the fact I made reservations . The blond who was checking us in wanted a credit card which we did not bring one and we were paying in cash like the last time we stayed. After filling out her paperwork she gave us she would not let us check in and we were told to leave by the blond who was the desk clerk working with Sonia that afternoon. I've been staying at Townhouse Inns in Great Falls since I became ill with RSD for a year. I have never been treated so badly in my life by an employee of a motel. Sonia is a desk clerk that was working at the time the blond was working when we where told to leave. I rate this motel one of the worst to stay in at Great Falls. I will never stay there again or my family. Too bad I thought Townhouse Inn was a family motel and I never in my life thought I would be told to leave the place I stayed in since I became ill and had to travel to Great Falls to see doctors. I rate this motel at a 0 and the blond dest clerk whom told me and my family to leave because we did not have a credit card even though we had been staying there for a year.
Cons: Desk Clerk told us to leave BLOND DESK CKERK ON OCT.16, 2009
