I hired Task Tacklers to do a one-time deep cleaning of my brother's small home. The owner of Task Tacklers sounded responsible and eager. On the day of the cleaning, however, she arrived more than an hour late and then had to leave early. As such, she wasn't able to finish the cleaning I had already paid for. She promised to return the following week. She did not. When my brother contacted her, she said that she was coming back the next week. But she did not return the next week either. I have since left her numerous voicemails and sent her multiple emails. She has not responded to any of them. I am very disappointed and feel that I have been defrauded. Accordingly, I encourage you to find a different, more responsible, cleaning service.
