Review content:
The driver we had was courteous, but they sent the wrong Limo. I called all around looking for a hummer limo because I was having a military wedding and wanted the limo to match the theme. When the limo showed up the day of the wedding it was an escalade, not the hummer I ordered. When I asked the driver he said that they upgraded me to the Escalade which cost more. I told him that I specifically ordered a hummer because it was a military wedding. That's when he changed his story to they sent the Escalade because the hummer broke down the night before because of the rain so they sent this instead. No one bothered to call me and tell me that and no one called me afterwards to apologize for not sending what I ordered. But since I couldn't get them to send me a contract, I guess I should have known something was not right with this company. I asked several times for a contract and was ignored... all other questions were answered, but never the requests for a contract.
