I called Empire Rug Cleaning after reading some Yelp reviews. I had called another highly reviewed carpet cleaning company but found them to be extremely flakey. Menny, on the other hand, was AWESOME! Answered the call right away, and told me he could be here in an hour. AN HOUR! That's crazy. I love it. Plus, they were less expensive than the competition. My new carpet was installed today but it had this nasty chemical smell that I wanted to get rid of and Menny literally showed up when he said (an hour after the phone call), cleaned the carpet and it was all done. What I assumed would be a much bigger deal was nothing thanks to his service. Super friendly, fast, efficient, and it smells good now! And using organic products is a definite bonus. I highly recommend Empire Rug Cleaning and will use them again.
