Review content:
I took my dog here to get her nails clipped and told them that she had sensitive nails and although she wouldn't struggle or bite, if he just talked to her she would be fine. They took her in the back and I was horrified when I heard my dog screaming. I looked in and a young man had flipped my small corgi mix elderly dog on her back, wrapped her and her neck in a towel and was SLOWLY clipping a little of each nail at a time, taking about 5 minutes for each nail which just freaked her out, let alone the unnessesary wrapping of her and her neck!!!!!. Elderly Corgis have problems breathing when on there back sometimes and my dog started choking and was struggling to get up and he wouldn't let her. I pushed through to the back, grabbed her from him and left, and yelled at them about what they did. The place is a dive and my dog and I were tramatized!!!!!!
Cons: scary place. bad groomers that have no idea what they are doing.
