Businiess name:  Augie & Ray's Drive In

Review content:
Anyone that grew up in the 50's and 60's has to have eaten at Augies. I have for over 52 years. As a teenager we would make the run down Silver Lane from Manchester to East Hartford to eat foot long dogs with chili sauce and sauerkraut. The lot was full of us with our hotrods and some with ""daddies car"". It was the place to meet. Still has great dogs and clams. I never go to Connecticut without stopping, sometimes even before I see my family. If you want great food and want to relive a calmer happier time, there is no place like Augie & Ray's to do it. They should be a historic site. Pros: Nostalgia and great food Cons: Can't find footlongs like these in Ohio
