Never again! I have badmouthed them to no end and hope it finds them. And I've been waiting to write this review (which I will copy and paste on every wedding website known to man). My initial trip to Camille was a fairly pleasant one - my maid-of-honor and I went to see a dress I'd seen online and desperately wanted to try. Camille was the location closest to me (but still almost an hour away)...I should have heeded the reviews/warnings of others. I bought the dress on the spot (HAPPY DAY), leaving a LARGE 50% deposit, agreeing I'd return in December for measurements and to place the order. My consultant was wonderful but she left the store shortly thereafter. This was in the summer of 2010. I received a call in November of the same year while I was on vacation stating I needed to go to the store immediately to be measured. Mind you, I was across the country for a week+ and there was no way I could get there. The story I got was this: the designer and the store had ended their ""contract,"" for lack of a better word, and the store would no longer be able to order my dress after the end of the month. I asked what would happen if I couldn't make it there prior? The store couldn't order my dress and I'd lose my deposit. Excuse me? I almost had a heart attack. The owner, whose name I'll leave out though other reviews have mentioned her, was granted an extension into the month of December to order my gown. Fair enough. It was ordered and I was told it would be four months. I waited and waited and waited...somewhere into April I reached out to the store asking about my dress. She stated it would be shipped on a specific day about a week out from my phone call. I gave it a few weeks before I called again.
