I was watching this place Jay Bee's on the Food Channel and I also don't live far from there so I had interest of driving there, but after reading some reviews on customer service and additudes believe me I rather eat at Tony Roma's . Believe I know as a store owner myself ""Customers service is number one"" no matter if the customer is right or wrong it's the way to make them wanna come back for more let the product speak for itself . Once the owner gets too cocky for his customers don't expect that person to come back and then spread the news for others to stay away. 1 person + friends = lost of BIG >> $$$$$$$
