Visited the shack - twice now. Both times - the food itself was worth the drive into a secluded primarily industrial area of Gardena. The BBQ is excellent, great smoky flavor. The price is reasonable. The ATTITUDE is way too much. The cockiness of the owner - whose personality compares to sand-paper, is rude, crude and outright demeaning. I hate having to deal with any of ""her"" ""workers' - who blatantly ask my assistant out on a date BOTH times we have gone! If the Lady would let go of the reins, this place would be great - hire someone with a more pleasing personality. Also some improvements to the ""shack"" would be ideal, like perhaps removing the 2"" bullet proof plastic counter and use up the ridiculous entry that fits 2 people but is forced to fit 10 when ordering.
Pros: Excellent Smoky Flavor, Reasonably Priced, Local for Los Angelinos
Cons: Attitude, HoRRIBLE customer and phone service. Just plain MEAN and COCKY
