Rent A Wheel

Review content:
They don't have a huge variety as far as the selection of wheel readily available. However, if you know what you want, they gladly order generally with a specific deposit. I got some nice wheels, however, I'm not sure if there are trained proffessionals that work on mounting them or if they just hire anyone ready and willing. My tires were mounted without my air pressure setting set. The tire exploded on the freeway and I had no idea it had gone flat because the tire pressure warning light was off. The rim was destroyed. They never gave me the wheel lock device so I was stranded on the freeway for three hours since no tow truck had the wheel lock available. They ordered me a new rim at no cost to myself which was in part to pretty good customer service and communitive skill by one particular employee, however, that doesn't pay for the liability of the car and damages. I had about 800 dollars worth of damage from the tire shredding on the freeway. At least it didn't cost my life! After I got my new rim, upon getting new breaks on my car done by a long time audi mechanic, he informs me they did not properly mount the wheel with a spacer so its not correctly fitted which may be causing my steering wheel to shake when going high speed.. which also damages the components and other things in the car. GREAT! I'm no mechanic, no wheel expert.. so when I go to a place that proudly displays their expertise in wheels and tires, I would think they know what their doing. Huge misconception on my part. Not only that.. HUGE liability. The cost behind the wheels came out to be double after the damages.
