I came to Sacramento from the bay area in 98. It took me 5 yrs to find a good Mexican restaurant here in Sac. La Blanca Rosa is it!!! The food is to die for, the decor fitting and the service incredible. If you want it all this is the place. I'd give it a 10 if the location was better.
Pros: great food, service.
Cons: bad neighborhood
