Review content:
So after reading all the great reviews, I decided to trek to Marina Del Rey from Hollywood to enjoy a nice night out with my girlfriend. Boy, did I have another thing coming. To say the customer service was ""average"" is an understatement. It was obvious the waitress had too many tables to handle which hindered her ability to provide the basic necessities (i.e. water). And the food? Well, that is another sore subject. My girlfriend asked for her filet ""medium well"" and it came out ""medium rare."" So she asked to have the meat cooked a little longer and to our disappointment it came back burnt on the outside and still bloody on the inside. The steak was pretty much a lost cause at this point. In the meantime, my food had turned cold while waiting for my girlfriend's meat to be re-cooked and I had asked to have it reheated. But as you would have guessed, this led to another disappointment. They warmed up my meat but left my veggies and mashed potatoes cold as the ocean water. Needless to say, the customer service never redeemed itself. We would ask for our check and decide to head home for the night.
