Review content:
IMM claim that the Coletrain Apartments are luxury apartments but they are not. The apartments are small and missing standard basic amenities like garbage disposal, storage, the apartment bathrooms have no linen closets or storage either or even vanity drawers, ect. There is a live on site porperty manager her name is MISTI BERG but she is not help full. She is very RUDE to all tenants. She is very open about on how she HATES living on site at the Coletrain Apartments and how she lets her three kids run wild. SHE HATES DEALING WITHT THE TENATS DURING NORAML BUSINESS HOURS LET ALONE AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. When she speaks to all the tenats she speaks down to you and does not and will not let you speak. She will write you up for anything and everything. She says that the tenats have to follow the rules and by laws but she is the very first one to break them. You get one underground parking spot but she will take up two with the way she parks. When she is confronted she states that she is the property manager and she is able to do what she wants. Coletrain Apartments are a pet free and smoke free apartment building. Everyone smokes in there apartments all the time. If you have an ADA Animal..(AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES)..She is scared of and hates dogs. Once you move in she will not tell you about the ADA animals rules til she is able to write you up then MISTI BERG will restrict you to one area of the building..(a high traffic area of the building).. no matter what your disabilty is. MISTI BERG will write her own complants on you and make your living arangments at the complex a living hell til you either move or she is able to find away to evict you.. Since I have lived here at Coletrain Apartments there have been 13 familys move because they were being discriminated against by MISTI ERG..property manager)..and JAY..(owner)..and Dan..(MISTI BERGS BOSS). IMM and MISTI BERG don't follow the Fair Housing Act. There are dozens of legal complaints against IMM AND MISTI BERG for discrimination and harrasment.
