Review content:
Two visits to Esther's: Unsatisfactory. First time, 45 minutes after ordering, waitress brought the BILL!!! No Food!!! We were astonished, especially when she went up to the kitchen window, grabbed a few plates that were similar to our order and flung them at us. The food was not quite right, but we were in a hurry and starving, so we ate it. Weeks later, we gave it another try. We sat at a table with no service at all for 5 minutes. A couple entered before us and received chips and menus immediately. Finally, (most of the workers were behind the bar talking), I got up and got some menus, to which one of the waiters replied ""we'll wait on you ma'am"". So I said ok and sat down. That waiter then proceeded to serve chips and menus to the 4 men who came in AFTER US. We walked out.
Pros: convenient location, good food, room for improvement
Cons: very poor service, rude employees, inconsistent treatmen
