I went to get a remote starter installed. In return, I got a broken (cracked in half) plastic where the window button is. There are obvious signs that they tried to melt it back together as the plastic looks melted and brownish in color (the plastic is supposed to be gray). Directly above the cracked plastic is a round burn in my fabric panel (looks like a round cigarette burn). Over that burnt hole in the fabric panel is a ""patch"" that is stuck on with what looks like silver fun tack (looks like silver gum). I searched my whole entire car to see where the patch came from and found a perfect match in the back of my rear seat. I returned to them a week later so they could finish the installation (which they said would be done in one day) and showed them the damages. They turned bright red and denied all damages saying someone broke into my car and did all that. (When was the last time you heard of a someone breaking into a car, leaving no sign of a break-in, but trying to melt plastic together and patching a hole he made?) They also refused to complete the installation so I took my car to a local BestBuy. The certified technician spent 3.5 hours digging through all the wires, which he kindly referred to as ""the worst birds nest I've ever seen."" He could not figure out where all the wires were coming from as they were constantly changing colors. He also said there were uncapped wires and live wires that could have caused a spark and set my car of fire! He along with his coworkers and supervisors were all shocked at the state my car was left in. Also, between my two appointments, the ""brain"" from the remote starter kept falling on my foot while I was driving on the highway. It blocked my access to the breaks and I almost got into an accident. I hope you don't make the same mistake I made... go to a reputable company like BestBuy, spend a few more dollars but rest assured that your car will be safe. Cons: lied about everything they claim they do as a business
