It took 12 hours to be treated for a broken wrist. When a doctor finally appeared, he told me that my chart was missing, and he didn't know I was there! On discharge, no one gave me any directions or advice, resulting in pain and discomfort that could have been avoided if anyone had bothered to explain the importance of adjusting tightness of bandages. Cleverly, Pres' follow up costumer satisfaction survey excludes questions of medical service and competency but asks repeatedly if staff was friendly and kind.
Pros: nurses and assistants are very supportive
Cons: emergency room is dysfunctional
