I TOTALLY AGREE. Just took my car there and William, the manager, ripped me off almost $500 for a tune up and a transmission oil change (did not change the filter but charged a full ""transmission flush""). He said there was no transmission problem and that the expensive tune up will solve the problem, but the car was the same during the drive home. I took it back and he wanted an additional $1000 saying there's a transmission problem! HE WILL CREATE CAR PROBLEMS WHERE NONE EXISTS. He is a ripper. There was no transm problem - it was the catalytic converter.
