Review content:
I have been a few times to this salon and wanted to write a review but just never found the time. So I just read some of these others and to be honest I find it hard to believe that anyone would say that Karen the waxer and receptionist is rude. She has waxed me before when I have had my hair done and she is the sweetest gal with the lovliest accent, she is professional and has no airs and graces at all. She has given me directions to get there and remembered when it was my dad's 80th birthday and when I went on vacation. She make you feel like you are so special and yes sometimes the desk is busy and the phone rings and she is ringing up a customer but they talk to her and she is very polite in moving on and juggling all of these things at once. We get in line for so many things, is it too much to wait for a few minutes while someone gives special attention to each person. I think it is perfectly fine. I wish some of the other people would take a page from her book! I love my hair stylist too!
