Andrea who was supossed to be the one working on my hair, put her assistant to work on my blonde (bleaching and toner). Her assistant walked away after foiling up my hair and NO ONE came to check on it Andrea was busy working on 3 others. The assistant takes off the foil, and doesn't even notice the uneven bleacjing. Andrea is nowhere around me, and her assistant has had about only one year of experience. There were streaks and bad uneveness all over my hair. They offered to fix it- with no apologies, and made me feel like I should be happy they even want to fix it at all. As if it was no big deal, when clearly I had raccoon streaks across my head! They were closing, I paid and they asked if I wanted to come back the next day- Of course not! I had just been bleached and I was not going to get more chemical on my hair again nor was I going to stick around the passive agressiveness! I tied my hair in a pony for months. The experience digusts me..

Cons: Parking, small area, lack of staff personability and skill, overpriced for results
