I seriously think the employees write these reviews - or the owners pay college students to do it. Andrea did my color and it was not even close to what I wanted. I was assured that I would get a soft natural blonde (I am naturally dishwater blonde) so not such a stretch. I walked out of there with a greenish hue to my hair. When I complained, she had the nerve to tell me I just wasn't used to it. Chris should be re-named Edward Scissor Hands. My layers are uneven and choppy. He took much more length off than I wanted. I had to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed. The colorist there said he'd never seen such a botched job - cut and color. UGGGGHHH!! I'm amazed this place is still open.
